At Oriflame Fashion Weekend 2017 Armine Ohanyan is presenting a collection inspired by the wind: the trail that leaves the wind on nature, transforming everything on its way.
Shabeeg was founded by designer Mary Sukiasyan. The brand is an Armenian fashion brand for t-shirts with ethnic Armenian prints. Shabeeg aims to not only present the Armenian Heritage universally using t-shirts and its brand, but also become visual ambassador of 6,000yeardesign innovation. Shabeeg became famous by Fauna collection notably with the t-shirts depicting Van Cats. Later, the King and Queens collection was a bigger success. At Oriflame Fashion Weekend 2017 Shabeeg is presenting a collection inspired by the Armenian alphabet and the Armenian Calligraphy mainly found in the ancient Armenian Grabar manuscripts in Matenadaran. There is much unchartered territory in the Armenian calligraphy section regarding its certain powers, so the brand wanted to use its collection as a medium to show the world another treasure Armenians possess.
Kivetat was founded in 2016 by fashion designer Tatev Yaghmuryan. The brand became popular by t-shirts designed with Armenian elements. At Oriflame Fashion Weekend 2017 Kivetat is presenting its first S/S 2018 collection designed for brave and fashionable people.
Tatevik Manukyan with 15 years of experience in fashion design, founded MAVITA brand in 2010. She finds her inspiration in beauty and nature. Under the brand Mavita she has collaborated with many Armenian celebrities (Lilit Hovhannisyan, Arevik Alaverdyan, Armenchik and others). At Oriflame Fashion Weekend 2017 MAVITA is presenting a collection of evening and cocktail dresses, the peculiarity of which is the combination of different fabrics and textures.
Anes Fashion was founded by fashion designer Anushik Saroyan in 2015 in Gyumri. Her colorful and elegant dresses are inspired by nature. Up to now, Anushik Saroyan has created two collections: Next (Fashion of the future) and Scattered Flowers (wedding dresses). At Oriflame Fashion Weekend 2017 Anes Fashion is presenting All About Sky collection that includes evening and cocktail dresses made of velvet fabrics with embroidery and stones. The source of her inspiration is the heaven.
The start of the biggest fashion event of the year will be given through the runway of Oriflame Fashion Award’s first participants. Since 2014 Oriflame Fashion Weekend unique project of “Oriflame Armenia” company has become an exceptional platform for Armenian designers to present their collections and new ideas to the broad public.
